Welcome to our 2022 Graduates

Last week we welcomed 10 new Graduates to the business, following the launch of our new Graduate Programme earlier in the year.

The 2022 intake started their two-year training programme with a series of Group inductions, and they will now go onto undertaking scheduled activities, development modules, work-based projects, and rotation placements across key business areas, all of which will inspire each new graduate to reach their full potential, build their confidence and strategic acumen in leadership and project management.

As our Graduate teams, new and existing continue on their journey, we saw some participate in indoor and outdoor development activities, facilitated by Dove Nest, based in Kendal, Cumbria.

Our existing graduates also started the next step of their training and earlier this month participated in a number of team building activities and exercises, facilitated by Dove Nest, our Graduate Programme partner.

This was a great opportunity for them to learn and develop business and personal skills as well as obtaining a framework and toolkit to help their career and personal development plans.                                            

Next month they will take their project and career plans and present their work to our Managing Director's. This will allow them to share their progress and receive vital feedback on their journeys so far.
